Marcy Esbjerg is the founder of ClearPath Community Consultants, bringing 30 years of experience in community development, homeless and affordable housing initiatives as well as disaster recovery programs.She has led award‑winning programs in affordable housing, homelessness prevention, and neighborhood revitalization, and most recently launched Pasco County’s $578 million Office of Disaster Recovery Resources.With advanced degrees in human services and public administration, and as the Past President of the National Community Development Association, Marcy is dedicated to helping nonprofits and local governments secure funding, strengthen capacity, and achieve lasting community impact.
